Our Marajo Family
In the course of running the Marajo Group of Companies, I nurture and train my staff to their full potential regardless of their situation in life or educational achievements, putting emphasis on the importance of loyalty, hard work, discipline, creativity—the hallmark and essence of the Marajo Group.
Watching trained and efficient staff acknowledge their respective roles in the completion of a project fills my heart with pride to see them fulfilled and become their own person and seeing sketches and colors come to life and become reality—these make up the totality of a dream come true.
Angelita L. Bondoc, President
Angelita L. Bondoc, the founder and owner of the Marajo Group began her devotion to interior design as a childhood dream. She started as head of the interior design department of the Gabriel Formoso and Partners Architectural firm before she put up Angelita L. Bondoc & Partners in Interior Designing, Inc. which opened the floodgate of projects. She was deluged with gigantic assignments here and abroad. Among those where she totally immersed herself in were coordinating for the Central Bank during the hotel boom in 1975, doing the interiors of the PICC and the Central Bank offices. By all standards, the interior design career of ALB, as she is fondly referred to, has been exceedingly successful. She has had the unprecedented privilege of having worked with all the well-known and respected architects in the industry and had landed and winning over 500 projects to which she was invited.
It was an easy transition from interior design to real estate development building structures which today reach up to the skies the way their builder has done all her life. Today, the Marajo Group manages and maintains properties situated in Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Tagaytay and Batangas.
Our Team
“We develop people even without College Degrees. We nurture and train people to their full potential regardless of their situation in life or educational attainment. Because teaching is a two-way street… as we teach, we learn.”
“Whenever a project is on board, make sure you are well-prepared…market studies, design updates, social needs, location and finances. Innovate, imagine and challenge one’s pre-conceived ideas”
